Our Shipping and Return Policy

The unique products we offer are sourced and shipped to the 48-contiguous US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Once you make a Treat purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and information about how it will be shipped to you. Treat orders are generally processed within 3 business days and you will receive a confirmation along with tracking information once it’s shipped. In some cases, Treat orders may arrive in multiple shipments—example: when you pre-order or when a Treat product is backordered.

Costs and Taxes

Standard Shipping cost of your Treat purchase is $5.95 and most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. If you really need your Treat purchase quickly you can select expedited 2-day delivery through UPS for $15.00 (contiguous US). Applicable sales tax based on destination will be added to your purchase where required by law.

Yourself to No-Hassle Return

At Treat we try to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations. Sometimes though, things happen. And when they do, we are committed to fixing it—simple as that. Treat will refund the full purchase price of any unused or defective product returned in its original package within 30 days.

If you live in the US and want to make a return, contact customercare@treatcare.com and include your order number, the item name and a brief description of your reason for returning the item. A team member will contact you within 24-48 hours to initiate the refund process. You will be sent a pre-paid shipping label to use on your return. Box it up, add the shipping label and drop it off at your local shipping office. Our return fee is $10.00 and is deducted from the cost of your refund. Treat is not responsible for loss or damage caused in shipping.

Not Done Just Yet…Please Read

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Because of the nature of supplemental or consumable products, we are unable to accept returns on any ingestible product.
